Hello all,

I'm trying to find a connection for my 400ltr tank. It's got a 32mm female thread. I'm trying to find a connection like pictured below with a 19mm or smaller hose connection. I've looked but cannot seem to find one in the UK. Need one ASAP,

Many thanks

Ian

Are you SURE its 32mm. As i have never heard of this.

They are all 1inch bsp which i know is not technically 25mm

There are loads of companies who do these connections.

I always use cleaning spot.co.uk

Yes it's 32mm, my other 175ltr tank is 25mm. I thought it was an unusual size as I'm struggling to find a shutoff valve and the connection pictured in that size.

Thanks for the reply and moving to correct section

That really sucks then mate lol !

Never heard of 32mm on tanks.

You want a plumbing shop then or wickes or similar. Get a converting from 32mm to 25mm /emoticons/smile.png

mine was 1 1/4 inches, i used a reducer to 1" then a 90bend to a gas shutoff tap,

then a standard piece of 12mm copper pipe, which i forced a piece of garden hose over to my pump.

find a plumbing supplies place they will have it all, DIY shops are rubbish for these bits

I would check to make sure it is 32mm

15mm = 1/2 inch

22mm = 3/4 inch

28mm = 1 inch

so I would say you need a 1/2- 1 inch reducer

32mm is generally 1 1/4 which is waste pipe ie sink waste 1 1/2 is bath waste 2 inch is butlers sink waste
