WCF

Help Support WCF:

There was a chap on channel 5 a couple of years ago and all he did was conservatory cleans for around 400-700 £ they came out like new. Replaced end caps. Replaced seals etc etc. according to my one of the chaps who does work for my dad he is earning big money.

All he did was start off doing conservatorys.

A company near me is callef conserv-a-clean (i think) specialises in conservatorys but do do windows, facias etc etc

Easy enough to build up your own regular customer base than pay out silly money like that.

Anyhow why would anyone want just to offer conservatory cleaning when there are so many ppl out there wanting full exterior property cleans too. :Image16:

Always so risky but with a bit of sweat and graft you should be able to do your own thing and invest wedge in equipment and marketing.

I do a big house with conservatory. Well ive noticed conservatory been getting cleaned 1 or 2 times a year by someone else.

Its a big wooden one with glass in roof. They ask me to do it a few years back but then left roof windows open so I couldn't as didnt want to risk filling room with water.

So now from time to time I can tell its been done. Plays havock with wfp as its done traditional by whoevers doing it and the wooden frames from get full of soap.

I bet you also get some customers that clean their own windows with soap too before the next time you are due.

Yea water fed pole, cleans everything except....err...soap

Ha! I get this on kitchen windows and patio doors.

One customer is £18 and if we are a day late, she will start cleaning all the down stairs. Offer her 3 weekley and its a NO! We gave her some ecover and she uses tap water. We never get spotting even though when cleaning all the windows bubble up!
