How much should I charge for gutter cleaning

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Its important to ask beforehand though mate, as it can sour a good job if they are expecting you to dispose of it and then they find their green bin quarter full. Chances are they won't mind, but it aint worth risking. If they want you to dispose, just give a price on top.

i always undersell it,for no good reason . it rarely takes more than half an hour and with a helper sweeping up down below all is sweet . last week i had a new helper and he said, jeeee it looks like chocolate cake doesnt it ? i said, have a taste if you want lad

No lobbing for me. I have a few of these;

They are called s hooks. Just hook it on to the gutter and you have somewhere to hang your bucket. Make sure the gutter is well secure first, otherwise you can hang it under your ladder just below your hands. Hang it next to a gutter bracket as that's the strongest point, and take care not to overfill it as it can get heavy (half full is usually fine for a standard builders bucket but it depends if its wet or dry).

I've seen some people use bungees, but I would always worry that it could fail, or bounce and send the bucket to the ground. There are other products on the market like the ladder limb, but I've not found the need for anything different, and these things are cheap as chips.
