yep its a lesson learnt....i do seem to **** up a lot of the time though...er..yesterday forgot to put the lid on my trolley and knocked it over and watched as my precious pure went everywhere including my foot....and today...even worse...i losing it fast...i was playing with my new pole hedge trimmer and so set it up on the bins to top it up with fuel and put the mixing bottle away and walked across to cut the hedge over the road....but which dipstick hadnt screwed on the fuel cap on the pole trimmer....grrrrr...big time loser at the mo...and ...possibly knackered part of his lordship lawn as well ...ooops

but tenchy...no tench...nice pole...

i got given a canoe by a customer . first time out,on the sea , a calm day , ok first half hour then capsized on a titchy wave and sliced my legs badly on the fibreglass edges on way out .happy days !!

i had a real job to get my canoe ashore filled to the neck with sea water it weighed a ton. i was lucky nobody called 999 and got out the lifeboat ,how embarrasin,in a kiddies canoe

Turn it upside down and lift one end to empty half of it then it is a lot lighter

Can't empty it much more than that but it is buoyant enough to get you back to shore

You don't get much water in it at all if you use a spraydeck
