As my wife would say "GLOVES??? just go to the fridge there you will find a can of manthefookup" /emoticons/biggrin.png

What I don't tell her is that I use hot/warm pure water and the pole hose on the outside of the pole so it keeps me hands nice and warm. Can also connect the gas boiler to an outside tap to save pure for none glass work /emoticons/wink.png

View attachment 4781 my lot wear Skytec Ohio gloves in the cold weather. excellent for ladderwork and very cheap too. if its really cold they pull on 2 pairs of these gloves . i carry a few pairs in the van ,case any need drying out, they dry very quickly too if need be .
^Yep, that's the type of glove I wear too. Anything else just gets too hot for me, especially when you warm up after moving about a bit.

My favourite are the cut resistant/kevlar ones as they are really tough- last longer and offer a bit of protection;

Saw a woman wearing a pair of these earlier. I ordered a pair off eBay for 99p inc p&p. The palms look quite grippy and the back of them is like a stretch material. I think they will be better than Sealskinz! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400699761246

Skytec make nice warm thermal gloves with grippy waterproof coating. Showa 660 gloves are a good solid glove that keep you dry. Not thermal, but you can wear a liner glove below.
