I've found even using a decent petrol pressure washer & telescopic lance will not shift ground in dirt/stains.

Nilfisk it was cheap but I did not charge much for that job so in the end not great but I have gained more experience

I just quote £1.25 a window all the way, wherever they are, whatever size and whatever condition. Nobody moaned at price yet.

ta spc...another for my list...i have been using a pound a window now its gone up...any more want to go brucey brucey higher higher....its great if you have a price guide to help you ...then you can just blame smurf....

it is hard to get a window cleaning forum minimum pricing standard as a guide as london and the south east ....etc....skew the prices.....so go ....windys....name your price...per window..per metre driveway cleaned...per metre gutter clearout...and then i will use it ...and blame you lot if it all goes wrong..../emoticons/biggrin.png

yep me neither..well...it kinda does depend....on whether i actually get paid.....well i checked this morn so i will wait till tomorrow...i getting worried...but then again...there was a hayter lawn mower left around the back...and an antique water pump ...and a concrete bird bath....hmmmm or of course..there is the law....hmmmmm

I don't have a set way of pricing

Sometimes it's per window sometimes for time taken sometimes how I feel about the job and sometimes all 3 combined

yeh but...and this is a big but...cause i aint heard you admit this yet.....do you always get it right dave.....and if you dont....what do you do?

I tend to price my jobs on accessibility and size of property. If the Windows are easy to get to because of their location and no stupid trip hazards I price the norm. But if I'm having to dodge **** or move stuff the price is increased because it takes longer. 3-4 standard houses per hour is my target.

Mine isn't either, most I've got in 1 street is 5 at the moment, bar the flats I have. But the not big payers but a good banker every 2 weeks. Some guy I was chatting to other day had 66 houses in the street (swine) needless to say he obviously bought all his work.

I usually get it near enough but occasionally get it wrong. .they tend to be the jobs that wait till I have done all the decent ones

7 10 pound houses and 3 15s today with car parked dead centre in cul de sac

all close enough that I can get a cloth etc from car in 30 seconds

Started 10am done by 13.20

I really should stop yapping and drinking coffee

Only a couple of good roads like that but still early days for this round
