I can never leave it at is soust the roof though. I end up doing the whole thing. I just feel it's an unfinished job doing just the roof. I do add the extra on in the quote though
I am sure the customers appreciate that tuffers. Quality workmanship Is so important,

When you've done the roof, the rest is a quick flick over with your pole and magic sponge and takes literally minutes, normally.

EDIT: I normally give the gutters a going over before the last rinse of the roof to save more **** getting on the roof again.

What does pee me off when doing the tops is when you have cleaned one side then do the other you have to go back over the other side again. /emoticons/biggrin.png

Best to get the crest and finial out of the way first, then move down. No good doing one side of the crest and rinsing, then starting on the other side and find you've just splashed all the cr4p onto the other side of the crest that you've just lovingly rinsed /emoticons/biggrin.png

Depends if there is easy access to do that but alot of jobs I get I end up having to go next door to get to the other side of the crest. If so I usually do that whole side last then have to go over the other side again to get the bits off.

That reminds me I must sort out another wfp chemical sprayer as the last one I broke

It only took me about 30 minutes max........It wasnt anything like the one you are going to do as I clean it every two months. The customer doesnt like to see a speck of dirt on it so I just get the wfp out and give it the once over. I just use a mixture of flash, fairy and water but I could get away with not using it as the roof is so clean

Nice one. I might be sad, but there Is something very satisfying about cleaning a conny roof. Its just nice to stand back, at the end of the job, and see it gleaming.
Job satisfaction I think they call it, sometimes you could stand all day and admire your own work, great fealing getting something that was filthy and awful looking back to new.

Here we go, took 2 hours to clean.

I managed to do an exterior clean today with a bad knee, back pain, shoulder pain...

no problem /emoticons/biggrin.png

Mind you I felt as high as a kite with the pain killers I was taking

I must be getting old as I keep feeling the need to lie down in people's gardens

lol I didn't even look at the conservatory I zoomed in to see the pole. Looks like a Slx with a ultralight sill brush on.

SLX-22 with a dual trim flocked. Sill brush was used to get the muck off and the flocked to rinse it.
