I wanted to buy the old disused garage in aviemore and set up a car wash(dont have any money for that) but some property developer has bought it, but they cant build just now, due to some endangered caterpillar in the area:rofl:. The reason I would like t go there is, aviemore has lochs for windsurfing in the summer, mountain biking and snowboarding in the winter. Thats the dream, dreams can come true:rolleyes: I hope. Maybe there would be a good window cleaning round instead, snowboarding from one house to another:rolleyes: I like window cleaning overall, when I'm earning a fair amount for a days graft, some days are not so good, so get a bit annoyed at that, but overall, if Im pleasing the custys and my better half, I'm happy and glad to be my own boss:). I like spending time in the cleaning stuff isles in Tesco, b&q etc looking for a product on sale or that I could use to clean somethingo_O.
Why don't you ak the developer can you rent It off him with a 3 month rent free period to see whether it takes off -have to add an option to extend so they can't just flog it at end of term. You've nothing to lose ! ;-)He will be probably be greatful to recoup.some cashPromise not to squirt the caterpillars

Tried a few things over the years, trained as a driving instructor, taken business management courses but my biggest love and passion was always skydiving/parachuting and my dream job was to become a instructor, unfortunately I maxed my credit cards training and ran out of cash but I've jumped out planes over 100 times and lived to tell the tail and not many folk can say that /emoticons/smile.png

How come you did not get on as a driving instructor?
Being sat in a car just wasn't for me , it made me feel old and depressed and didn't give me any job satisfaction, and I had the potential to earn £1000 a week window and jet washing , which I actually enjoyed alot more

Why I asked my little sister is a driving instructor and she loves it. Mind you she has at last count eight instructors working for her too now so she only does about 20 hours a week.

I suppose job satisfaction plays a big part as for me I get a big buzz seeing customers reactions when I've transformed the outside of their property from being filthy to sparkling clean

Wow that's amazing she has done well, it didn't do anything for me , funny because I got so sick of window cleaning I actually paid £4500 for a placement at the instructor college here at Derby I always loved driving and thought it would be a ideal job , when looking back now especially working for myself now I was always doing the thing I loved in the first place

Did you pass adi part 3?
Yes I did but I did sometime with red driving school as a trainee so when I did my part 3 I was pretty relaxed and was getting use to teaching

So much has changed now , it was 15 years ago I did this and it was bloody hard then I'd hate to train for this nowadays

Most fail and on the third attempt if they fail that time they have to start all over again so alot just give up trying.

7 people out of 10 actually failed the part one , it was very hard it was a long time ago but I'm sure we had to get 97 out of a hundred questions correct and this was from a database of 10,000 and thus include leaning techniques , cognitive thinking and the likes
