i jus been thinking , iv not once seen a foreign window cleaning gang at work.

youd think that some would be out there,all flashing eyes and cut throat prices - any of you lads got a firm like that near you/?

I don't think its that easy for them to get into, it takes time to build up a customer base and the only way they'll do that quickly is by slashing prices to the point where even they can't make a profit. Was'nt there a picof a load of them on here with the bloke affectionately known as 'ginger bolIox' taking the lead?

im sure up in places like bradford or luton there surely must be some organized firms . by the law of averages

i remember tother year somebody mooted the idea that the polish or lithus would be fearsome if they took up on the squeegee like they did building . well theres plenty of em in my area but non taking it up . iv even infiltrated the lithu facebook groups in my area and raked in loadsa work too

Hope they don't, some Indians from Coventry ruined mine and a couple of other guys vending machine businesses a few years back, turned up en masse a few years back, went round everyone's sites telling them they were taking over/we had gone out of business/breaking or stealing our machines, it was a nightmare to be honest.

We all live in a small cosmopolitan group of islands so we have to just get on with our work and not worry what others are doing.

Anyway the to answer your question @boarcity our e.u friends are too busy running hand car washes to worry about window cleaning as the customers come to them and they don't have to climb ladders for a living either /emoticons/biggrin.png
