Eeezee peezee lemon skweezee....The simple ideas are always the best....nice one Ruggers :thumbsup:

Nice one rugby

Because my channels are cut and are quick release i take the channel out of the handle put the rubber in and lay on flat surface

Then just use scraper blade against the edge of the channel and push down to cut through rubber exactly where i want it

Yes, I used to do that, but this way you go straight onto the rubber, which will give a better cut with less pressure. I found pressing down with the scraper caused it to retract because of the pressure, and sometimes wanted to wobble.

er well i er...use my six inch scraper blade .....but dont.....do it against the plastic sills....or a wheelie bin ...i would never do anything like that as it leaves a mark:rolleyes:

hmmm thinking about it.....my adventures with banana means my blade lasts a lot longer...../emoticons/biggrin.png

There is a technique that has to be mastered and I think it may be a tad too technical for some of the bods on here. It's trial and error until you've mastered it I'm afraid.
