Gutter vac

WCF

Help Support WCF:

I've broken a few mirrors like that in my time and no they are not very good on 2 storey work as can spend ages trying to get the angle just right to see inside the gutters.

You're better off using a guttercam than a mirror if you ask me as can also use it as a sales tool too.

I'm very pleased with my gopro hero + 3 silver with an lcd touch screen bacpac connected by wifi to my phone as makes my job so much easier in real time to see what I'm going. Not only that since using the gopro to do quick gutter surveys whilst on a quote (not connected to my phone) I've won every job that I have quoted on still to date. With the lcd touch screen bacpac fitted I just press record and stick the pole up and go around all the guttering & downspouts. Then I just bring the pole back down and play the vid clip back so I can price the job up accordingly and can also show the customer if I want too.

think ill get the 35ft one that seems long anouth i recken i saw a mirror that can b attached to the top of the pole has any one sin them or tryed them:)
I use the mirror which I attach to the neck. It can be a PITA to get an angle to see inside the gutter. Spare mirrors can be found on eBay for about £6 IIRC.

Like others have said, you can feel your way round a gutter with experience.

You must have had a lot of experience poking your pole in places that you can't see then tuffers /emoticons/biggrin.png

Only used the mirror a couple of times, found it more of a pain in the **** than anything.

It does work, but takes a lot of dicking about.

That looks knowhere near as good.

Plastic for a start, looks like a small hose entry, but hard to tell, looks like it is single speed, I wouldn't have one over mine any day.

Not on a nice trolley either, that will get really heavy fast and be tough to move on those wheels outside.

Have a look on ebay as most of the suppliers are on their

I have been trying to contact these without success. One man band? Or gone out of business.
