I think most of us have @norm if we are honest or at least have had a very close call

edit: I'm on about ladders folks not appendages

yeah@Smurf but my collerbone looks weird where it joins my shoulder freaks the kids out when i show them think but no pain or stiffness

and my knuckle is slightly out of line but everything working

5ft up and an over reach helps ya think about safety

Not fell off a ladder....yet, but when I was a kid I was forever falling out of trees, off fences, swings, you name it, broke my arms several times each etc, think I got a lot of that out of the way when I was young and knocked some sense into me, now I am pretty careful.

I saw soem windys today, I am flyering, on a break now. But my god, ladders no safty just the ladder on wet slippy floor at a odd angle, but was fine, dont no how long for lol - I feel off my step ladders once but i was being silly in the grden trying to cut a big bush on uneven ground, it hurts even form 4 ft up. I wont be so sily on ladders doing windows, be careful and set em right with some safty gear and you should be fine, its the over reach and corner cutting that causes it or just being dam right silly and stupid. Windy here says he has done it 30 years now and never once fallen.

The only thing I refuse to do is awkward windows and will pole them its silly seeing some people place the ladders dangerous positions and try it, madness.

Myself I take what other local window cleaners say with a pinch of salt as most will tell you porkies just to make themselves look good./emoticons/biggrin.png

I fell from 1st floor once

Won't do it again

I landed and looked just like one of them white outlines at american murder scenes

Number 3 on that video that guy is actually demonstrating a ladder safety device believe it or not, see it before.

It can happen to the best of us so be careful out there peeps.

how the bloody heck am i meant to go to work tomorrow after watching that.....i think i will be using banana for the first hour...suppose ....it does no harm to remind me sometimes....

The banana rules CNC it will take over your life completly once you totally give yourself up to the dark side!!!!

Do not resist the force :hehehe:

The banana is my best friend, only problem with it I have now found it the red markers on it to show how far you can extend each section are slowly rubbing off.
