Merlin ro system? help please

I changed my resin last month, I'm in a hard water area but my tds meter is already testing my water between 0.4 - 0.9? Does anyone know what it could be? Do filters need regular cleaning or maybe need to be replaced? I'd appreciate if anyone could help and shed some light.

I'd say your ro is working perfect with them figures, you may simply need to change your resin more frequent or get a larger cannister

Pre filters need to be changed every 6 months

You need to use a water softener and regenerate very regular ,( every 300L I use a 6L canister of softener, then regenerate)

water pressure needs to be at least 40, but higher will give you better tds readings

I use a 6 litre Di canister to polish the water , that will last me 6 month @ 500L per week

Dont over pack the DI resin other wise it forms chanels and you dont use it all, shake the vessel to use all the DI when the ppm starts to rise. I change the DI resin when it reaches 002ppm
