Well it as got to that time were my self made work planner is struggling to keep up to date with rounds and accounts ect...it's either the planner or I am just getting to lazy to mess about with it every weekend..? So this week I downloaded Aworka on the 6 week trial, and so far I must say I am very impressed.

Think once I have all my info inputted it will save a lot of time

I've heard good thing about aworka @Shiny so let us know how you get on
Just an update on Aworka, my six week trial is up ...and it's a yes from me so have subscribed. I've found it easy to use, I am saving a lot of time on a weekend not having to plan work out, it gives income forecasts, profit and loss, expenses, bad debts the lot. You can print work sheets or just sync your mobile with it and mark jobs off as you go along on your phone so saves printing.

It definitely works for me so would recommend to anyone.

Never used anything like this, i just write down in word the customers ive cleaned that day/week

Me I just use a spreadsheet to track my work. It works out how much I earn a month etc. But I must admit I don't use it to plan my workflow. Even if I did have a workflow planner I would never stick to it, always running late.

It's worth having some software like this mate. It works all your rounds out for you. The worst part is inputting all the info, ie address, phone number, cost, frequency etc. Once all the info is in, it does it all for you.

It saves you forgetting a job or flicking through your diary looking to see when you did Mrs soandso last.

How much is it a month @Shiny ?
It's £10 a month or you can pay £100 for 12 months and save £20

It's been worth it for me because of time saved...plus at the end of the year your accounts are all there ready to print off

Cheers @Shiny , at the moment i am using george which seems to be working well! The idea of having to pay every month puts me off looking for other programs.

I use aworka. used to do it all by hand, often missed the odd house by hand.....now its just a few clicks at the end of the day...with over 400 custies varying from 4/6/8/ and 12 weekly, aworka is superb...does it all 4 me,,,,no more writing my dept list out, just click print, can print on day collections or online etc...saves all numbers and names..can not praise it enough...if a custie calls to cnaqnge date, can easily just pick it up and mkove it/... £100 worth spent/

No problem, like I've said before what works for one doesn't necessary work for another. I've also herd good things about George. As long as what ever method we use whether it be self made or bought software works for that individual

Is that free and do u recommend it mate? To be honest i dont feel like i need any software for this after so long without any, but im open to easier and better ways of doing my round
It cost me £50 and the something like £12 for a years worth of backups, my laptop died the other week and without the backup on georges server i would have been stuffed! It also taught me to back up more  they just emailed me the file and it was all up and running again on the new laptop

No, it's not free mate. I think it's £50 to set it up and £12 a year after that to keep it running if memory serves me right.

Doesn't work on an Apple though does it Andy?

Ive been using george Aworka for nearly a year.

It is awesome. I put all my expenses in there as well, and mark payments which it tracks.

Its a no brainer. Just gotta have it.

The tech support is really good if there ever any questions to ask.

I also use it on my laptop, my ipad and my android phone.
