What bike you got Rich?

No Bike now (Mrs & Kids) but I am looking again now since the brother in law recently got an R6. I used to have 600 cbr’s and KTM supermoto

I’m not fast my time around donnington was only just under 2 mins

I love donny

Been round it in my old turbo mini my rs turbo that used to beat imprezzas and my old cbr600rr

Only 1 hr from my house

Bottom of Craner Curve’s is the most frightening part; I never thought I would make it on the turn, every time I go around there. I always thought I would come off there, got my elbow down and usually closed my eyes./emoticons/biggrin.png

Never been around in a car though

Gotta get the elbow down..lol

Used to race scoobies in my 1600 rs turbo

They may be 4wd but on the straight i can do em

Sorry to hear that & hope you feel better soon

Stepped out of my van at first job Thursday morning. Before I even knew what was happening I was on the deck, face down!! Unfortunately, my hand, in a fist shape (for some reason) was under my right breast & thus was pressed into my chest via 13.5 stone of pure muscle (cough, cough)!! Really struggled last two days & got up this morning virtually unable to wipe my own a*se! Pretty sure I've fractured my ribs. Great!!

Sounds nasty, has been really icy, hope you get on the mend soon, takes time though which is a pest, every time you move, oohh ahhh, Im glad im not the only one, last year when my ladder slipped,I fell off the ladder, and hurt my knee and hand, A few days later I was walking to a house with my hop up, hit black ice and went down on both sore bits again, just wanted to cry, but didnt cos im a man. Take care:thumbsup:

Hello mate, Sorry to hear you done your ribs, this rings my ears as the other day I ****** my ankle up again, I have an old injury that ruled me out of football when I was younger and had to find a new jb, then I tripped up a curb and have ripped it to shreads, I can hardley walk on it, really done it in. I feel your pain? Are you able to work? I am not working, I can not go up the laddder, I practiced out back and its a no go, its a no go just walking, I been so bloody down not been on here much, just catching up and saw your post.

Hope you make a speedy recoverey and do not push things it could make it worse mate.

Scottie.

I am an ex boxer and now am learning krav maga (israeli army martial art )Learnt it as a kid from mates dad who was ex israeli army and taught us

They use it to train law enforcement and special forces worldwide nowadays
I have done a bit of krav maga and plan on doing some more when I get some spare time, its really good.

Nightmare on the ribs mate, hope you heal quickly, ribs is one of the few bones that over the years of biking/being an idiot as a kid I haven't broke.

Touches wood for you mate. Dont tempt fate, lol. It always worries me when people state things like that , so be safe fella.

BTW - off topic, I used the system you use the kobold one, really good, was impressed for its price. It was a good unit and good job done, my trip to the darkside was a good one, maybe too good lol. All the best.

I believe you make your own fate /emoticons/biggrin.png

And mines going strong, I am sure it will not last like some of the expensive units, but its been working its nuts off since I got it and still working a charm, really like it.

I go twice a week now institute of krav maga Hertfordshire

Annoying as can only grade once every 6 months but i am already at a standard where i could grade a few times very quickly due to past experience

Just need to brush up a few things

Already know some stuff for multiple attackers and weapon disarming but not taught that for 2.5 years the rate this is going

Thanks for the sympathy:D I have "just" managed to work- albeit at a reduced pace. To be honest, I have to be nearly dead not to work, I find lounging about at home does me no favours. I'm fortunate in that I'm 99% wfp & after 10 years wfp have my van set up "ideal"- everything's where it should be for minimal effort. In fact, the most painful part is winding the hose reel back in, the actual pole work is ok. The bruising is coming out now but the pain is easing thankfully. I'll not do it again that's for sure, be careful guys- I couldn't even see the ice, it really did look like there was no ice on the floor at all!!

Nearly everyone tipped me today, was awesome, £8 jobs were £10, £10 were mostly £15!

Restored my faith in humanity it did!

Last week for me this week, got some windows over the next few days and a drive on Friday and I'm done /emoticons/smile.png

God you should be in essex Daveyboy1 lol - The home of the RS. I used to have a scooby P1, the 3DR in blue and gold wheels, back in the day when they were good, Now scoobies are old hat. Always wanted a skyline but never got one, my friend did and a 600bph one. Donny I only went once, but did not race. I do miss seeing the old rs turbos now, bring back memories cruseing down southend on sea. lol.

Scoobies were awsome round bends and snow, but my mates cossie used to woop me, the escort cossie, love em.
