As the title says but haven't got a lot of dish and don't do a lot of it but want somet cheap & cheerful that would do the job.

Have thought of a leaf vacum & convert it or a shop vac. Are they any good. Any thoughts.

You'd probably be better off with the Pro Gutter tools and a 5m Harris pole if you don't do much gutter clearing @Posh. Get a ladder stand off too. Get 2 Pro Gutter tools, pole and stand off for around 50 quid total.

If you want a proper gutter vac and equipment which is needed for it it will not be cheap so I agree with Tuffers on this one.

I did see a bloke yesterday using a Clark 20. It was 1400w which I've heard isn't really powerful enough. Tell you what this thing was brilliant. It sucked everything out including weeds and the suction on it was excellent. It reaches 30ft & was £270 so may look at one of them. Be ok for a start up.

You can try and see if it is good ,from time to time my 3000watt vac is not powerfull enough

When you say cheap whats you budget ? You can put together one for your self and one of the most powerful vacs on the market for around £1000 thats carbon poles that go 12meters high vac and the tools.

I don't do that many. Just fed up going up & getting covered in muck & wet. For the few I do it may be ok with the 1400w one. Certainly not got a grand to spend. Rather spend that on my window cleaning then gutters.

I thought the same as you posh untill I brought my gutter vac now I ask every customer if they would like a free quote you would be surprised how much extra money it brings you in !!!

If it got busy then would probably think of upgrading. Don't wanna spend loads & it sits in shed for 11 months. Ill think about it over Xmas.

try a nilfisk 30t,£120 squid.gutter sucker hose & hybrid poles,£250 maybe less.they come as a package, they will fit the nilfisk.if its 4 domestic stuff it works.but like all gutter vacs u still have 2 get up the ladder at some point.
