I had the ankalad out a bit this morning

After two mild winters . I had my first Full day working with pure in snow ...brill not having to worry about the ladder sliding ,,,, felt warmer without that bloody wind ......

It didn't feel cold today with no wind even though the ground was completely white with frost

Tracky bottoms tshirt and hoody was enough to keep me warm

it almost made two degrees on my car temperature gauge..okay i am taking it easy in this weather so it was 10,45 before I started and I was in full sun and it really cheered me up

...I thought what a lovely day...I was thinking I am going to get too hot here but...then I went around the corner...not so warm in the shade..

it was minus1 at first then up a full half a degree and topped out at a sweaty 2 here...but I have not felt cold at all this winter so far...

that s with me thermals and two pairs of leggings and double gloves hat scarf and two top jumpers..

oh thats a scary moment that slip tuffers...not had one for a long time but I do remember them..

day off tomorrow....well not really...windowcleaning brings in lots of extra jobs and mine tomorrow is to dismantle and remove a concrete coal bunker.

I told her about the four trips to the tip because of the weight but in reality I went down the bottom of the garden tipped out my plants from my old wheelbarrow and its now back in service as she only lives one block away..

I plan to use the concrete for hardcore...

Frank may be out tomorrow if one of those pieces of concrete goes astray

It was freezing around here first thing this morning. A couple of windows froze up straight away, so I had to go back to them later. The forecast for tomorrow is for the temperature never to rise above 0 degrees....says it will still be -1 at noon. I shall be taking extra care with ladder positioning and the laddermate will be in full time employment. Really pleased with my laddermate....easy to move around with me and so so quick to fit to the ladder.

I just love the fact that you can set It up and fit it to the ladder in seconds.....feels really solid as well.

yes wcw foot the ladder i had it set up on wet decking slimy decking is sliped an the top of the ladder was a foot off the wall i reset it at a steeper angle an then it was fine but ive lost confadence with it

I hate going on decking at this time of yeat its lethal! Should be banned! My neighbour slipped on decking last year and broke here leg in two places ! Be careful on it guys !
