25ltr containers

WCF

Help Support WCF:

The **** thing for me smurf is I've had my 500ltr tank bottled in and now if I have a bigger tank it means more holes in my van which I don't really want [emoji25]

Could you not just strap another 500 tank to the one you already have bolted in to the floor?

Yeah I could do smurf is an idea but I think the 25ltrs containers are my best bet as I can take them out and use them for other things mate

Pour sideways allowing air into the vessel, stops vacuum being created and allows water out steadily.

I may have a cheap/free source of these. I'll keep you posted.

Get some garden hose and a coat hanger wrap the coat hanger around 18" or so inches place inside the 25ltr drum with a few inchs sticking out and use the left over piece of hanger to hold, then when you tip the hose let's the contents exit with out splashing and glugging. Incised to do this with race fuel and my bikes years ago it works great

Hope that makes sense

Just went to a car wash and managed to get 3 containers [emoji106] it's had some shampoo in it what's the best way to clean it so it don't effect my water in my tank?

They're the ones I get from the car-wash places....shampoo's and TFR's etc.

Just use normal mains tap water.....fill to about a quarter-full...give a good shake....and empty-out. Repeat 2 or 3 times or until no more suds/soapy water coming out. Let drain and fill with Pure Water.

No need to waste pure-water for cleaning/rinsing these out if they've held shampoo's/TFR's etc.......

But you could always give them a last final rinse using pure-water if you so wish.

Don't throw it away.......

Cut the top of the container off, then trim the sides down to the height required...they make great cheap storage containers /emoticons/wink.png.

Yet another cheap money saving tip from this old skinflint :thumbsup:/emoticons/biggrin.png.
