Yes, the gusts are very strong. Ladder work Is going to be very dodgy today and then loads of snow tomorrow, apparantly.

Well just got caught in a light shower my ****....been hammering,

After all the dithering today, I am going to knock it on the head. I had a big chuch community centre to do today with adjoining vicarage. There are 4 balconies that I have to climb on to to get to the windows, also a high flat roof that I have to climb on to to clean about 10 windows. I can secure the ladder, but its never 100% safe, so not worth the risk.....particularly as members of the public will be walking around. I might sneak in a couple of houses at 3pm, when the wind dies down.

Yep, I paid the price for eating a very hot chilli yesterday.....my ring piece was on fire this morning!

Got caught in a sleet shower while at the back of one house and got soaked /emoticons/sad.png then at 3pm I had nearly ran out of water, so knocked it on the head. Going to struggle to get them all done if the predicted snow comes tomorrow. I hate not completing a weeks work and carrying it over.

Knocked it on the head at 3pm.......bloody hell that's home tme for me anyhow!!!!!

Did 3 hours today and that wind was the worst I have had to fight in 7 years.....

I never knock off if there is work and light left. Oh and if I've got enough water left. My way of thinking is, if I were to knock off mid afternoon in the first days of the week I would kick myself if the weather turned later in the week and I couldn't complete the week if I had had the chance to complete.
