Official reviewer for the new moerman squeegee

WCF

Help Support WCF:

just wait til the dark side calls that will spoil your fun....

I am pretty fast with the old squeegee but the two handed thing is not for me...I used to have piano lessons when I was young and could play the right hand great and the left hand great but...not together...too small a brain...

I still use my henry ford method...that is ...I will applicate many windows...weather permitting....then blade many windows then detail etc..doing the same thing over and over has gotta be the fastest../emoticons/biggrin.png

but as you will no doubt find daveyboy...wfp is er...different:rolleyes:

Cheap i don't think i could ever be as fast wfp as i am trad when i am in the zone

3 bed houses round here 10 quid under 15 minutes

Are you earning 40 ph wfp??

Obviously i need to travel between them etc so don't usually earn that much but it is possible

Not sure i would be faster wfp..maybe safer but not faster

Ta mate

I can do it a lot quicker and whizz round but that is when i miss bits and lose time by detailing

I think better to take a tad longer and not detail

Iv never tried trading like that can do one behind the other on same piece of glass thats easy iv found no good if the glass have a lot of hand prints on leaves marks behind

have moerman released any prices for the new channels yet. Iv looked on there website at the latest news and there is no mention of there new channels being released at all.

Nice vid @daveyboy1
Two handed on the same bit of glass would be quicker surely though?

Do you want to show us that as well?

They are only small houses lol small bedroom and living room window at the front a side window or two and a few windows out the back, if they want doors done or got an extra bedroom it goes upto between £5 and £6. The houses are next door to each other, like full streets and take about 7 minutes each if going at a decent speed, that's why we can achieve 10 houses an hour doing they ones, back in the day sometimes 13

I'm all set to buy one of these squeegees, can't wait to have a play.
From what I see they will have few orders from this forum alone.

I have been practicing today and will do a vid tomorrow two hands on 1 pane

Easier than i thought with a bit of practice

I used to do this a long time ago when I used a T-bar with sleeve, but I stopped when I realised that you are actually catching the dirty water and re-using it, which I thought wasn't a good idea.

Not much point on 2 panes but on a big conny it saves time as doing 2 at once and not going back on yourself

That was just to show what i meant

Do that on a conny with no detailing and see how quick you get it done

er forty quid a day daveyboy...did you say../emoticons/biggrin.png

I cant really say whether its faster or not as to do a good job you can be certain of, wfp does take time.. and again...it depends on the house type size etc and of course that :turd: glass I hate...

but if its the proper glass and no obstacles ....no plants ...no xmas tree stands and no fence panels gates ornaments and you havent put the back pack three inches off your allotted spot and its not too windy and no ones watching and your in the zone...its too close to call daveyboy .

.until you get caught with the force and you WILL be caught I wouldnt like to say about speed...

I will however say.....after three wfp jobs...no ladders....I got awfully hot today....

er...no detailing with waterfed pole daveyboy....although...I do dry any drips off the frame above on my walk around check as I dont wfp the sills and do them afterwards../emoticons/biggrin.png

Could be..also could be end of this month..will be sometime soon

As soon as i know i will say but not been told for definite yet
