But the was some numpty in front of me that decided to go shopping and take a dump so I spent ages waiting for him to come back to his van so I could move forward onto the pump.

I know this as he was gone so long I actually went into the shop to find him as I thought he might of got lost but was nowhere to be found. And no I did not go into the toilets to call for him.
