does anyone know what i can use to connect a unger brush head i have to my clx pole, or any idea what i can use to connect to the brush itself to use wfp.

it has a screw type inner for connection.

anything so i can just use it even for ground floor windows / bungallows etc.

shame its wasted

I have a Unger Sill brush fitted on my CLX pole. It just screwed on with a standard gooseneck thread. I use it for fascia/gutter cleans.

Johnny,

I've dug an old one out of the garage. I see it doesn't use the European standard brush thread. It uses the American (Acme I think they call it) thread.

It is the same thread as used on the end of the adaptor cone Unger sell.

but the thread on this cone isn't long enough IMHO.

This cone from Wintecs is designed to fit their own (Unger) aluminum pole. I have not seen an adaptor available that would work for what you want. H MAN's idea is best, but I would suggest you bin the idea of using this brush. Its no good for cleaning windows. The bristles are flocked and very tightly packed meaning that you would need to remove bunches of bristles before you could fit jets in it.

I would never use this brush, honestly.

I've dug an old brush out of the garage I see they don't use a standard European brush holder thread. They use the American (Acme thread I think its called) thread which is a smaller diameter.

This Unger cone uses the same thread but the thread isn't long enough in my personal opinion.

This cone adaptor is suitable for use with Unger Aluminum poles, such as the Teleplus pole.

I wouldn't waste my time with it if I were you. The brush isn't suitable for window cleaning. The bristles are flocked and very compact. You will have to remove a number of them to make way for the jets The brush holder has a hole in the center to allow water into the brush which I can see would need sealing off.

Because of the nature of the bristles, they will hold lots of water, so will make the brush heavier than it is even when dry.View attachment 3758
