Depends how bad they are to start with (builders clean maybe required) so I could not give a price until I had seen them.

they have all been cleaned previously, they got rid of last window cleaner who did them,,

so they aint too bad,

i just do outside,

then they need a clean on new houses prior to new owners going in, this they call a sparkle clean this will be as and when needed to be done

its so easy to under price yopurself, just to get this work, guaranteed weekly. and also too easy to over price your self out of it.

so need to be realistic and not loose out

Assuming the frames @ glass are in good condition (no builders clean required) then I would charge including cleaning the outside of gutters, fascias and garage door roughly £150 per home per clean.

Myself I would just give them one price to do what they call "sparkle clean" and list what would be included in the one price.

seems a bit much smurf, = £450 for a days work.

weekly = £1800 per month.

they might chase me off the site

they are the main cleaning contractors, they are wanting to use me to just keep outside clean, i honestly dont know what prices they are expecting from me.

need to think seriously about this.

Weekly?

They wont be dirty so you can fly over them.

Why did they get rid of the last guy? I did something like this two years ago and had trouble getting the money. So be a bit careful mate.

DOUBLE MYINE, half smurfs.

thanks for helping out.

May get away with damp scrim on pole to wipe gutters down, they are black which is a great help, thats mainly the hardest job to do, rest is easy to access, probably trad bottoms due to dust from site ,

Are they next to each other or do you have to drive to each one. If you are thinking of it as a days work then do it for the same money you like to make in a day. I would want £200 but seeing as it's weekly they will be pretty much spotless especially the fascias and garage doors i would go at £150-£170 and do one or two little jobs that day to top it up.

they are all built togeather as show homes as you drive onto complex, not far from my home and work.

gives me the opportunity to be seen on site to new home buyers, and to know when new buyers are moving into them.

makes me look more professional when i introduce myself to them. more trusting if they think i am working for main housing development.

with 3 major housing developments going up next to each other i will hopefully generate enough work for myself for ever.

may need to get my son off his lazy butt and learn.
