Seen a bloke the other day who was using b&q hose pipe £10 and and soft car brush of the local market for £10 lol quality gear.

Nothing wrong in that at all if the guy can earn money from it I say good luck to him.

Also from experience you don't need to spend loads of money out on kit as ppl make out that you have to have.

This simple diy wfp pole earned in a few hours more than what some ppl could earn in a week.

And yes it's a 10 squid truck brush on a 15 squid harris pole.

Totally agree smurf. My homemade Harris has earned me loads. My first hose cost me £6.99 of eBay. Black 6mm. 3 years on its still going strong. You don't have to spend fortunes all the time.

I too made a harris. But went a step lower with a tesco soft sweeping brush. As good as it is as a starter I want to get a nicer pole for every day use

ive been wanting to make a 2 foot pole with brush added onto it, but cant get my head round it as what to use, it will have to have end on pole to attatch brush onto, but what.

nice to use in tight areas such as hedge privots etc where you dont have much arm space
