Guys help me decide !!!

No work this morning weather too wet and windy , clearing from 1pm but really bad tomorrow again !

Dilemma is do I clean windows this afternoon knowing they r gonna be as bad by end of play tomorrow ???? Or take the day off and go a watch my daughter playing hockey ????

I'm the same mate heading home it does my nut in, remember you will always have windows to clean but time with ur daughter is precious. Are you just about up to date with work can you afford to be off today and tomorrow? Its all about balance but I know exactly how you feel. Peeing down here.

I am up to date until today but flat out next week so I will have two days to catch up ,tomorrow gives rain and wind all day.

I just don't like the thought of going to regulars cleaning their windows knowing they will be as bad tomorrow :-(

Work life balance Eh!!

I know mate I'm back home now but still feel guilty about giving up even when I know I had to.

saturday is looking good weather
Norm -I am going for about 2years all in all and still have not worked a Saturday as my kids play a lot of sports and I enjoy supporting them :)

But it may be the answer to this particular case !!!

yeah i hate saturday work Aqua-pure

family first

Good on you @Aqua\-pure Portadown for looking out for customers too! Imagine plenty would clean the windows and take the cash and say 'not my fault' when they got dirty soon after!

But those guys probably wouldn't stack up many regulars...

I'm at home now but off out if it clears up & sod tomorrows weather this is England it nearly always rains tomorrow, you cant not work cos of next days weather

Horizontal rain here now Was ok until 1 pm Never had anyone question why I was working ... How many days would you work if you had time off for will it / won't it rain .. I think common sense tells you to go home if it's windy and raining !!!!

Back home drying off. Finished last job in the rain. Apologized to custie who understood. Looks like I'll be working Saturday. Like most of you guys,I hate it,but I hate falling behind more. Oh well, get the kettle on luv

I have cleaned in the rain before but when it's blowing a gale I have learnt not to bother ,don't want to give myself a bad name .

But it's totally up to the individual :)

I tend to go out in all weathers now as sods law as soon as you cancel jobs it clears up.

having me old mum up today instead of her usual saturday as according to bbc weather website yesterday sat. was sunny work day:thumbsup:

just checked their website and it showing wet all day saturday

just watched bbc weather on tv and it shows dry

I try and call in all my gutter/fascia/external work in when it's shite weather. Been lucky last few days as throwing it down with rain but still had work :)

Is it something about wfp that when it rains the pure rain water makes the glass dirty??

I work in all weathers and never have any complaints and if anyone questioned it i would tell them if not happy i will come back and sort it

Guess what??no complaints
