Pump cutting out after fitting house tap

Hi have fitted a house tap to my system. Problem is when I turn the tap to the off position after 30 seconds the pump cuts out (must be the safety cut off thinking there's a blockage} The only way to restart is to turn switch off and back on again. How do you all get around this problem when fitting any kind of water stop system to your pole. Thanks Peter

So, when you turn the tap to the open position, the water/pump doesn't start again?

No Tuffers I have to go back to van turn pump switch off and back on (to reset it) and it starts again.Defeats the object of having the tap.

When you go back to the van to turn it off and on, can you hear the pump pulsating at all? I'm thinking you may have to calibrate. What controller do you have assuming you have one?

Is that a digital controller made by Spring? Spring make controllers for companies and they just re-badge them. Does the pump pulsate when you go back to the van to switch off and on again?

i had a cal problem had to set it to 65 as my water was flowin to strong from tank to pump
