Too much time on my hands...

I had never used ubik before the weekend

I definitely reckon it is stronger than virosol (similar type product by same manufacturer James) on fascias and sills

I have been using it diluted about 25:1 to spray on cloth for frames and sills on the new cleans i have had

Comes up gleaming and hardly uses much at all

You can use it neat but very strong so no point

Can't let it dry on upvc or it can stain

Spray or wipe on..wait 30 seconds then rinse off with soaking rag

Stuff that normally needs scrubbing off such as algae and that grey on the ends of sills just melts off

I've tried both and still recon ubik is better on plastics too

I just did a new clean with green upvc conny

Now it is sparkling white

I did it like greens vid but used an old porcupine sleeve

Spray it all over including glass

Sopping wet porcupine all over

Wipe it all dry

Then clean as normal

Top job

Well I now know I have got too much free time on my hands as I have started making random videos for you tube. My first was last week showing first efforts with a Unger 0 degree Swivel Loc well this next one is a quick (ish) demonstration as to how we do a first clean at Green Window Cleaning.
It's not intended to teach grannies how to suck eggs just to help total amateurs get an idea as to how to get a decent result with ease.

Constructive comment always welcome.
