That normally happens to me when I take stuff apart and put it back together again /emoticons/biggrin.png

as they say "RTFM" maybe

I had same thing a couple of years back, thing was we bought 3 reels at once same style as yours there. first two went together sweet last one we had 1 nut, 1 bolt and 1 washer, spent 2 hours working out what we had missed.............nothing. It was simply a surplus bolt.

Lol dam it I've taken it all apart and still can't find out where it goes so you must be right it's a spare. I thought it went here as there's a hole lol

It is very common they provide with spare ones.my wife is manager in a factory and they put spare ones or mess up and few are missing.

Put the bits in a box now lol. Will be trying out 2 person set up next week off one pump had a go at it last weekend and it worked great I had my pile up at 40ft and the other pole at 18ft then let it down at to 6ft and the pressure was fine let's hope it keeps up [emoji106]

That sounds just the ticket i run a brodex wfp tank and was wondering how it would work with two poles.

after the water leaves di vessel an is enroute to hose reel u put in a 3 way hoselock split.. one connecting to the di and the other two go to the 2 reels

Yes but theory and logic dictate that you have to run the pump twice as hard to get same flow rates you currently get with one.

Honestly once you burn out the pump you will be ****** at yourself so I recommend spend the money on a second pump now so you have two pumps. Or wait burn out the pump, spend money on new pump anyway and only still have one pump and be bitter with yourself about it. Your choice.

Point taken I do have a trolley system too by j&s sprayers (hardly use) do you think that mounted would be up ti the job? Its only occasionally i need help

I know the answer! You have screw missing @Neil

Why is it a man will never read instructions how to put things together?

My wife always says to me when I'm struggling why don't you just RTFM (readthefookingmanual) /emoticons/biggrin.png

I did read the manual lol but it doesn't tell you where to put the screws !! [emoji23]

The thing that people are saying is that it could burn the pump out quick I'm considering wether to just buy 2 of everything because I don't want to get stuck on a job if you get what I mean
