I need to move down south /emoticons/wink.png That's a day rate. Doesn't take a day to do that. Up north your talking about £40 to £60

1.5 to 2 hrs on that with a backpack on a sacktruck. £75 if its near other work & monthly & yes thats up north pricing

So who is asking you to do the job? If for instance it's the contract cleaning company that operates from that building they will want it doing for next to nothing I'm thinking.

It's not a cleaning company smurf it's the business manger of the company they have just bought the building and are not happy with the current window cleaner.

I hate it when they say they are not happy with the current guy. I always want to know why? What is the issue? Price? Comes too often or not often enough, Maybe he is a splash and dash merchant.

I have priced tendered work before and have been lower than the current guy (He told me his price afterwards) but he has still got the tender. They just wanted to show that they had got some quotes.

u have to think about trafic and the cars around the building takes time getting round there

My £60 price would be if access wasn't an issue and it was monthly.
