Help Support WCF:

Green, sorry to hear you've not had a good experience with us. We did put 'Pre order' on the site from day one as we knew there would be a massive demand for the Liquidator on release. Do you know what day you ordered it? We phoned over 80 customers last week updating them with the progress of their orders for those we couldn't get out immediately, did you not receive a call?
When I ordered mine there was no pre order on the Web page and within 6 hrs of me ordering on the Wednesday the pre order appeared.

yeah same here but i did receive a phone call saying it would be mon or tue before my order came.which it did

Yes, I have also found WCW to be very good at seling stocks they don't have!
It would be nice if they had the decency to tell you this when checking out but oh well, then you might not give them your money!

I will now give you my review Daveyboy........................oh no wait a minute.............I meant I will give you a review once WCW deliver the stock they have sold that they don't even have yet!! Yes that's about it.

I bought my last Wednesday(it did not say that it was out of stock). Still no sign of my liquidator.I got phone call that my other things will be delivered. They delivered to my neighbor(never asked for that, that happened also with my first order last year) and because he does not like me he decided to open my parcel, check what is inside and leave outside my door without telling me.I phoned WCW and they said that they have a right address and they will find out why it was delivered earlier to my neighbor and let me know why and redeliver to my address-they did not!it looks like I will be the last to use liquidator...I intended to buy another unger straight handle as it is very good and few more liquidator rubbers from them but I think I will try cleaning spot.I would have bought my gear from cleaning spot in the first place if I had known that it was not in stock.I will pm @Stephen Fox and ask him and let you know how they will handle this. From now on I charge customers upfront and tell them that unless I will not mess up and do neighbor windows I can clean their windows in 10 days time as I do not have washing-up liquid and clean cloths in stock:eek:/emoticons/biggrin.png

Bob said unger is a touch shorter from front to back and i have already ordered 84 " of it....hope it works or it is all going in my 18" modded channel

I have had a chance to check up on my liquidator order and turns out i did not order from Stephen at WCW, the order went to one of his competitors, so I do apologize for besmirching them on that on, however I do stand by my other comments on their 'short orders' and poor quality of customer service which is perhaps why I placed this order elsewhere. My apologies again.

Just tried some unger and it is only marginally shorter and still works..think i prefer the moerman hard rubber though

In fact, and this will be my last comment on the topic, as Stephen can probably verify from his records, I have spent in the region of £1107.57 (aprox) since June of last year alone with WCW, that is about a sixth of what I have spent in the past 6 months on equipment, perhaps it is simply I have not given WCW enough of my business to warrant decent customer service? Perhaps they only want orders from the large nationals.

That is a £6k spend on gear for me, 1 full time and 1 part time employee, wonder what my spend will be like this time net year by which time I plan to have 4 full time employees. Something to ponder.

theyre a lazy bunch ,WCW , i ordered trad stuff my 1 st year thru them when they were the real market leaders in online stuff [7yrs ago] and a lot of my orders were wrong and no apologies neither

Just to add more fuel to the fire, I wasnt particularly impressed with the service on the phone when I called once. Window clean centre on the other hand has the same woman on the phone every time and there service is flawless.

Before I pull the trigger on one of these channells can I just confirm with you guys that they will fit any unnotched squeegee handle? I'm probably going to pick up a moerman one but I don't like the look of the liquidator handle. Cleaning spot are out of stock of the 14 which is a bummer.

Tolish what handles have you got?

They just clip into ergotec and slide into ettore quick release jobbies by taking one clip off to slide it in

Can change the rubber without removing it just release the catch and swap the rubber

I don't own any other handles to try but have been told they fit pretty much everything

Most of my squeegees are ettore, and a couple of ungers. But I fancy the moerman handle since *** colour matches the *** clips. Might as well go all out. /emoticons/biggrin.png Also what hardness of rubber do you guys recommend for this one, I fancy switching to a softer rubber but not sure how the new moerman would react to it.

OK..............I lied again! What will mother say? I know I said it was my last word on the topic but..............................

I have just been browsing bits on WCW and noted at the bottom that to add insult to injury the 'Free Delivery' minimum order has now gone up to £55. Have they tacked on a fiver to cover carriage?

the new moerman channel is diffrent [apart from the tips]from any other channel iv seen . its not rolled from flat strip . its a clever design

Tolish i am using the new handles and i like them

Also using moerman soft rubber which comes with it and is lovely

Switching to hard for the summer as of you turn too sharply with the liquidators the rubber sticks

They just look a bit bulky to me mate and I've already got some of a similar design. Just wanted to make sure that this one (second one down in the link) would fit:http://www.cleaningspot.co.uk/acatalog/Ergonomic_handles.html
