Quick question before ordering new pressure washer

Probably still give it full knacker, or is there not much point with these 21l jobbys?

Terry is going to post date my invoice so I will be ordering in the morning, shame its good Friday though got a job on, on Saturday.

Depends on how much fuel you want to burn through I suppose as those 14hp loncin's are thursty beasts /emoticons/biggrin.png

Mind you if it's belt driven and geared correctly you should have no need to run the engine flat out I would have thought.

Guess I will experiment when I get it, can't wait.

And no, I shall keep the old pressure washer, on some jobs I may be able to run two washers, also handy to have one as a spare.

Just out of interest, 18" rotary with a water broom on the front vs a 22" rotary, leaning towards the 18" and broom.

Will do, being some religious holiday it won't be here until wed/thu I would think, but I went with the 18" and water broom, as I have fancied one of those water brooms for ages now and being on the front of the rotary seems a great idea to me.

Well I have not done any large jobs, not got any until next week, but done a couple of small jobs with the new washer, and all I can say is holy ****!

Thanks for the advice, the 21lpm seems massively more powerful than the 15lpm I have used in the past, the water broom on the front of the rotary is a stroke of genius as well, works extremely well.

All in all VERY happy with it all.

Doing my friends driveway to his workshop tomorrow as a favour and to experiment a bit, I'll get some pics, but its just a concrete driveway, nothing nice looking.

But I reckon higher lpm lower psi is better than lower lpm and higher psi from the ones I have used in the past.

This is far and away more powerful than any I have used from the hire shop etc.

Just go careful as is an animal for sure and can easily damage stuff too. Be careful doing your mates concrete drive as if the frost has got at it best warn him that may wash any loose concrete out in the cleaning proccess. If the surface is very bably broken up before you start then might be best just to use hypo and hose it down with a black tip intead.

Its all solid, no cracks anywhere so all good on that front, and yeah I can see damage being caused if not careful, the 0 degree jet is like a bloody laser lol

What washer is it?

BMW motorbikes use loncin engines, they are really good, I paid £1350 to the door with 20m hose in two 10m sections, rotary with water broom on the front and the washer.
