No mate, this is not my first rodeo since 2007 (when I started self employed as a windie) I have had 14 employees come and go,

They are fine as long as you are their to hold their hand but them moo you ask them to go solo once trained up they become a disappointment.

I don't need someone to hold hands with and take long walks on the beach with, I got my dog for that (we even let the wife come sometimes) If I am to expand I need people that can work solo and generate income by completing tasks.

I will also be subbing for some larger commercial (rope access) companies this summer so I do not want to be in a position of being away a few days here and there and having crew I cant rely on.

So over it and feeling rather relieved to be honest. Now when a job gets f&*^ed up only one to blame is Frank.
