Howwwww much?

two small rounds just gone up for sale where I live at 5x monthly clean price and I thought that was a rip off,but 8x monthly clean,21 grand, for something that that's never really yours to own.mad f*****g world

Must admit it does look like a great round, good money, and well advertised. But (assuming its genuine) I would reckon 10grand would be the most I would pay. I think hes put out 21 in the hope that people will lowball him at 15grand. Ifsomeone whereto be brave/stupid enough to click 'buy it now', he'd lose about 4000 in paypal fees anyway.

Don't understand how selling a round is legal.......not that I have anything against people that sell rounds as the genuine ones have prob worked heart & soul to build it up........but it is effectively selling data which the seller doesn't necessarily have permission or the 'rights' to sell. In other sectors there are huge, massive, bonkers big fines for breaching data protection laws......windies obviously don't pay any attention to that and just crack on with the unspoken 'windy code of practice' :windowcleaner:

I always thought when I sold my round that I would call each customer up and tell them that I was moving to pastures new, "but don't worry, I have sorted out a replacement, so he'll just start next month, is this ok?". I like pretty much all my customers, so I would vet whoever was buying it

1) to make sure they were honest

2) make sure they're up to the job

Its the least I can do for the custies, since all of them have paid on time, and been respectful towards me- those that have not have been binned.

On the price front, I always thought 2-3 monthly wage was the price to pay, but I think its good that the price is going up these days. It gives us all a bit of hope for the future, a bit like a retirement fund. But I reckon the smaller the round, the more you can get away with charging as you'll appeal to a wider audience, not everyone has 20grand to chuck at a round.

not that far from me....mad price...I used to sell at 2.5x

I always found it hard to sell because you do get close to each and every customer in a way but.....in my golden days of youth I just got too much work....just wish I had that energy these days...

of course...you always sell the bottom of your work....and tell the buyer oh its the best ...as you do..../emoticons/biggrin.png

'Retirement Fund'......haven't thought about it like that before.......wonder what I spend my tenner on.....the missus and minions will prob have the rest /emoticons/smile.png

wish I could retire...just another thirty years up and down ladders to go...and even then...

the wife will send me out to do bungalows../emoticons/biggrin.png

Why would anyone in their right mind fork out 21k for an excel spreadsheet.

Mind you I suppose if it was written by hand in ink it would not be worth the paper it’s written on /emoticons/biggrin.png

now you should have seen some of my lists I sold...

pussy cat....big dog....first house on the corner...budgie....cuppa tea...er...I really should write the numbers down:D

but to be fair...I did show them where they all were....once I had the money...and any problems were a phone call and solved......

most id pay be x 5 but it wud only be got if it was aa tight round ie full streets

wud rather save money and build up as ive done meself as makes u knowe the people and apperciate it
