Replacing a switch with a flow master controller and just want to check before I damage something. Here's the wiring diagram supplied but currently my live wire (after the switch) goes to the pressure switch then to the positive on the bottom of the pump. Should I just plug the black/white wire to the pressure switch or remove the wiring to the pressure switch altogether. Thanks in advance for any help

Looks about right mate. You should have a wiring diagram with your Flow Control.

Here's the wiring diagram for the Spring flow controller

Sorry mate just re read your post. With the Spring flow controller they advise you to keep your pressure switch wired up, so, just wire the black and red wire from the pump into the flow control.

So if the flow control doesn't work for some reason you still have the pressure switch as backup.
