Is anyone working tomorrow in the heat

I did 2 quick jobs today and called it quits. will probably take tomorrow off and suntan again. And drink... lol

I bought a portable aircon in January and its been running upstairs for 3 hours and its still 27 c but it's hotter downstairs cause we have all the doors open. I don't think we will get any sleep tonight to got and humid

I had no problems today

Apart from not being able to drink enough to stop feeling dehydrated even though it seems i always had a drink on the go

2 new cleans were ok just took longer as i scrubbed them well with moerman applicator to loosen the crud and cleaned the frames then cleaned them properly with wagtail and scrubber pad

Having the wag has made this time of year much easier than trying to swap tools and squeegee while water is drying on the glass

Got 2 new ones tomorrow and an in+out on top of my normal work

Bottle of juice in freezer as we speak

I've got a big internal booked tomorrow which should keep me out of the sun for a bit. Good idea on the frozen bottle, I'll do one myself now.

was tradding today but did a runner to get my wfp going as I had a three storey to do and loved to get splashed with pure../emoticons/biggrin.png

oh and knowing it was going to be hot....I changed my squeegee rubber for a nice new one as will keep me happy for a few days...

Didn't bother doing today as had a good weekend so took a day off. Don't like scrubbing in this heat! In on a split shift in the kitchen all day tomorrow so gonna be stupidly hot. Definately last summer chefing for sure

Totally agree. This is my Aussie Jacaru bush hat. Wear it every summer (and when raining) and have done so for twenty years.

What have i done??

Supposed to be 35° tomorrow and matey phonese up asking if i could do a favour and deliver some drugs (medicine not coke lol) round kings cross area in the morning

Not an issue as will be paid for 10 hrs at 10 ph and as i know the route will take me from 6am when i load up till 12 when i will be done then get on the glass

Problem is it will be so bleedin hot

Only about 20 drops but euston rd to do ki gs cross station isn't fun

Then to tottenham to do the rest

Don't wanna do it but he helped me out when i was quiet and don't hurt to keep my hand in as who knows what the future holds
