May i suggest 'Window Cleaning & Property Maintenance'
Sounds like a lot but with just window cleaning, that is what you will get asked for, add the property maintenance and got the whole spectrum of walk ups.
Or just have a list of services on the van, and keep the name the same

Nice Jake, not sure if I'm mentioned this before but I do like your logo /emoticons/wink.png/emoticons/biggrin.png haha. I will have window cleaning and carpentry written on the back soon, will have to do for now. Serves me right for having two such dis-similar trades lol.

Jake do you do many solar panels? Do you wear rubber gloves or anything? I was thinking of doing them and figured they are waterproof so fine, its only after reading on here about them being dangerous (solarsteve?) I thought I'd give it a miss.

Green I originally had cleaning, maintenance and carpentry for a few months, but it was a bit long and also I don't do all cleaning and not much maintenance either apart from windows and gutters lol. I have narrowed it down to offering just windows (and cons, fsg etc and all things wfp) and carpentry, and even then its more joinery really, but I prefer the word carpentry. But then property services is just as, if not more, broad so whatcha gonna do /emoticons/wink.png

My main dilemma behind the dilemma is SEO. The main thing I want to get online and searching is windows, property services won't help my seo, but if I swapped all 'properry services' for "window cleaning' and for example I changed my website to zurewindowcleaning.com it might help I'm thinking? Plus just make it more obvious to potential customers who see my web address. Being self-employed would be fun if it wasn't for all the decisions

I'd stick to two separate profiles online as they are so different, and if the carpentry isn't ever passing trade leave it off the van entirely.

Very smart set up !

Jimroot I'm too busy/lazy to keep two online profiles going, websites, social media, google etc, just one is too many as it is /emoticons/wink.png

Hmmm this place had scared me off solar panels, maybe I'll give them a gander, cheers

I agree @MrBump time is stretched as it is. I had a look at your website and it made sense to me, clear information and good layout and image.

Cheers guys. Nah I made it all myself. Van curves in every way possible so took a while to fit it (aaaages lol) and then paint it. Flooring and sides (basically almost all the black paint) is protectakote. Two toned the paintwork to both match my company colours and make it easier to see inside the compartment.
That's funny you got a quote from being in a queue. It would of been funny if you turned around and said "no what made you think that, I'm a pilot" /emoticons/biggrin.png Branded uniform is also on my list (to order later infact), not for advertising, just to be neat and have seperate work and play clothes /emoticons/smile.png
So that's your own chippie work then, I take it? Really neat, Bruv.

Cheers Jimroot. Did my own website so it took a while to get it to be clear enough and thats why my seo is pretty **** haha /emoticons/wink.png

Yeah clearview all my own work, took ages, all neat joints, countersunk hundreds of screws so its rock solid, sanded every edge to a curve... Then painted it in protectakote and you can't see a damn thing cos the paint it so thick and bumpy haha

Was going to ask who did it, wow I need to try harder, unless you've a background in IT?

I've tried to do mine cheap as pos, £1.99 a year and just the free webpage and tools, but it's probably too limiting to achieve anything decent.

I've always been on computers, a couple of my mates are web developers/coders so I have learnt the basics off them over the years. Its a pretty simple site really, with basic code, it's basically just one long page haha. Should probably make it smaller, brighter and add more pictures as I'm sure thats what the average house wife is after, but to be honest I can't be arsed, spent long enough on it already, I'll update it next year  You don't need anything fancy, I'm guessing 95% of all tradesman use a similar service to you and have decent enough websites bringing in work! Pictures sell sevices imo,so get some good pictures on it (I need to do that too when I get round to it!) and it'll sell itself

Yeah Alien Human if you did that without any bubbles I'm well impressed! Anything over an inch wide and on a van curve was impossible for me - looks like I've sign written over some gravel on the blue lines

Peepin' Tom!...I wonder if our custy's do the same! LOL

Oooh exciting, should be nearly ready to post some pics now /emoticons/wink.png I see a water bottle on his belt, probably should of used some of that myself, I dried my up like ghandis flip flops haha.

Search for ZURE Property Services on google and you'll find it - may as well get a free google click out of ya

Is that plate off eBay mate seen it before
I bought direct from DVLA cherished plates, like alot of P-Plates they get advertised all over by various affiliates that add there bit of comission on top. I did see it on eBay myself I think when I was looking about but always try to buy directly from DVLA if poss.
