ran out of ubik

Every first clean I do I spray the frames with Ubix, scrub it up nicely and rinse till bubbles are gone, perfect every time and at this time of year really helps get rid of fly $hit and bugs and whatnot that is caked on.

Ubix has become my window cleaning American Express, Never leave home without it!

I find the best to use is ubik or virosol mixed with a bit of asda eco washing up liquid

Makes it a bit thicker so then i just squirt a little on the brush and clean the frames and glass up well..rinse then do glass quickly a second time

Comes up a treat and one squirt is enough to do the whole house

Dilite it about 10 parts water to 1 part ubik and spray or brush on..leave a few seconds and scrub off..all their is to it really

You can do it stonger but not really much need to

I just put a splosh in the sprayer and add some water..i don't really measure it

The stuff them Romainans use in them pull-in car washes is awesome!! Purple stuff in 10L Drums. Custy (friend) got some,, and I used it. (Car wash in Ickenham petrol station) keep meaning to pop in there, but I was well impressed with the stuff. He uses it on his patio too.

Ive been using Autosmart G101 which is a heavy degreaser, it cleans engine bays up a treat at 5-1 ratio so more than up tp the job, going to get a 25l drum for £35 end of this week

Adam I have been a big fan of the G101 for years but now converted to Ubik and have stayed with it primarily due to it being 'food safe' so can use it inside, outside wherever without worry of harm to plants, people, pets etc.

I am thinking of finishing my homemade trolley

Putting 500l tank in van

Then using trolley secured in the van until i upgrade to a decent system

Then i can use the one i have now or the trolley on jobs when i am not near the van as i have a few awkward parking ones on my round

I been using ubik this week for trad clean and i am really impressed how much easier it get the dirt off just by spraying it on and wipe it off in one go.

But I still a bit nervous spraying ubik on brush for WFP. What I am worried about is when i rinse the windows, I don't want to mark my customers brick wall, patio or pavement with water dripping down using ubik.

It's highly degradable Dave, used safely as commercial kitchen cleaner and couldn't do that if there was a worry as to residues.

I been using it on brush heads for six months, no comments or signs of marks to cladding or brickwork.

It is fine

It is so diluted once rinsed I doubt it would be strong enough to stain if it could

I have used it for ages with no issues

Ubik is a product that once you get started you wonder how you ever lived without it.

Once in a while you hear people looking for 'cheap alternatives' and I don't get why, at the end of the day they are just mugging themselves off.

Penny wise, pound foolish.
