Hi guys, I'm setting up with a wfp system and I am torn between the top brand brodex which is top money also and the 2nd option has been wittled down to water genie from the Cleaning warehouse, I'm looking at getting a 650ltr RO twin user, just wondering if anyone has any advice?? Ive decided I'm going with the Gardiner slx 22 for my pole, any advice would be greatfully recieved as been racking my brain for months /emoticons/smile.png thanks guys, Matty.

Hello mate there are a few threads on this already all about different systems.

Brodex is a big name with lousy customer service and a pretty poor reputation round here and I actually use one of their systems.

Cleaning warehouse crew will look after you well, Adam and the guys there are not only knowledgeable but they are friendly and customer service orientated and I now have some water genie parts on my system.

Tell Adam Green says hello and also understand that if you go in with cash you can get a better price in-store than you will online.

I have a Gardiner 18ft and 25ft SLX love them both and also Gardiners service is second to none.

Good luck.

Thanks for the reply Adam I've been looking over these systems for a long time now and I just seem to go in circles, kept seeing pure freedom popping up and also ionics but from what I've researched these seem the best, went over to brodex today and the 4k price tag on the system kinda knocked me back haha water genie saves abit I just wanted to kinda see if anyone said they were rubbish which isn't the case upto now, thanks for your advice mate, Matty.

First thing is how are you going to make pure water? Then decided on a system ie with or without RO. Where are you based and do you know your tap water TDS? Are you handy? You can make your own system for a fraction of the price.

Sorry green misread that was nearly calling you Adam green haha was planning on the system making the pure water and I'm based on the Wirral area so need the RO system, basically want to start with the 1 and then when work picks up more I'll be thinking on getting the 2000ltr static system so its filling wile working, not very good with the diy side as it seems I couldn't make 1 look as good as they come as a set up, looked through so many things lately just so baffled on which will end up the best in the long run, thanks, Matty.

I'm in the middle of setting my own system up at the minute @Mathew williams . It is so much cheaper than buying a complete system, and its pretty simple once you get your head around it. There are some great threads made by @jimmyboots in the DIY section that show him setting up his system in great detail. If you follow those, and ask as many questions on here as you need to you cant go wrong.

Hi jamiesmack, thanks for the reply, had a good look through the DIY set up and it really got me thinking and doing some pricing, after pricing it all up to start off its gona be around about £500 difference so I would much rarther have it fitted by someone with there knowlegde, think I'm gona be going with a 650ltr 2 man RO water genie platinum, defo getting into the swing of the site and its helping a lot, defo gona help with the niggly problems you get starting up, Matty.

We have already spoke with Cleaning warehouse green and checked that our floor was OK, we went for the option of heavy duty lino like commercial blue very thick stuff, the back is all ready and looking fresh /emoticons/smile.png
