Just did the top left one here and got the rest to do now

This wfp has definitely opened a few doors for me

This is from the woman i had to turn down the 6 floor block for yesterday

I know you are opening your back car doors alot too eh? /emoticons/tongue.png

Glad the wfp is working out for u mate

A couple of windows on that job i knocked up the residents and did a 2nd time from i side as some idiot has got the wood stain on the glass and needed a bit of a scrape

If no one was in i wouldn't have bothered but thought I'd make a good impression as this woman who gave me the job works in property management and i want her to think of me next job that comes up

It was easy..nice glass too..got a nice flow down the glass

Did 1 inside as well for the resident as the management company paid for the outsides

Not a massive earner as only 6 flats x 3 windows as the other side has 1 window per flat plus 4 velux and the big stairwell window in the pic

23 windows in total and about 3 quid a window it works out

I'll take a few jobs like that anyday

2 monthly as well

Pole off a ladder?
i could, but think about those veluxs on a windy day AND /or in winter . i personally say no to those before the start . the rest of the windows look ok

The ground is severely sloped and has a path with borders and rocks on the left out of view which rules out any decent sort of angle on ladders for that velux and the front is iffy too

Will you stay trad till retirement Jonny?
never say never [ wasnt that a film?] , die another day [ now that Was ]

i plan next year to stop doing 3 storey ladders, example these houses we do you couldnt do it alone unless u love risks - with fearsome garden angle but no plans to changeover to WFP as i really like having a team of workers= cope with just about anything no delay , nobody gets tired like a dog

and on WFP doubt it could be done from 1 van with 4 on board - having said that with a big minibus possibly i dunno though

Could do the veluxs from inside? Just flip them.
That's what i did on the 1 i did the insides on..1 velux front and 1 back

The other 2 i did with the pole

I agree diwrnach, those bars really are a pain, doing trad or wfp, i have a house with one i wfp and must take three times as long thanks to the bars, only on their back bedroom master bedroom though.

Well done on all the new jobs this week dave, i got a couple myself, going to get on it tomorrow fri and sat as its my quietest week and almost done all my work

Just got 2 random jobs from facebook since dinner as my niece keeps tagging me in posts of people looking for a windie

She does beauty stuff...eyelashes etc so is on all the groups and never misses one for me
