Hi all,

well Ive been hitting the canvassing really hard, and Ive got quite a few jobs lined up this week now. Ive been asked to price for this job for a local training company, and I know Its pretty straightforward, but since Ive only ever quoted for normal houses I thought I would ask your opinions.

It is apparently the same again on the back.View attachment 5362

As a total novice. With no van, round or idea. I'm going to go for £35? Looks a nice easy clean.

Thanks Green. That's the plan /emoticons/wink.png. You have to get yourself out of domestic mode. After all, unlike Mrs.Spigot of 10 Acacia Close, for them it's on their tax return at the end of the year.....unless we are talking of THE Mrs.Spigot of course...finest brothe......

Looks about 3 'normal' houses worth, depending on frequency £35-£50, £50 first one
Jim,this is the problem with asking everybody else....'how much'? The country's that divided financially it's insane.I'm looking at 'Homes Under The Hammer' thinking.....'Sweet Christ !!! I could've bought that mid terrace for less than a years rent!'....we are all victims of our locale...so we charge accordingly. Sell your wares, not yourself. It's regional lads isn't it.

Yes it's regional and I bet street to street too. And of course supply and demand, there's enough windies round here that's for sure

Also perhaps frequency preference. I struggle to get monthly, two months they're ok with. maybe that my bad sales pitch

£27 4 weekly. Some have said a lot more than me, but from experience if you quote high you won't get it. I've quoted 3 commercials lately and not heard a dickie from them.

Too be fair when in doubt £1 a Payne that's a nifty all month long on commercial, I would charge a pony on resi there all round
