Ive just fitted my One Shot. All wired up correctly, but when I turn the controller on I get the PS come up, as it says it will in the manual, but when I press the remote button nothing happens. Just flashes between ps and whatever flow Ive set. Any ideas guys?

Ring them mate, I've no idea what that's all about, defo call them, Ian is really helpful mate

Thanks Jake. I did, and have now got it turning my pump on and off! Yes!

Next issue  When I turn press the button and the pump stops, the water carries on and on and on. Like as id there is loads of pressure. This is obviously something to do with my set up in general as the one shot is doing its job. What could this be?

I've sort of answered that in the other thread lol

But basically, you will get 'dribble' unless you have 8mm minibore, and 3mm jets to lower the pressure...

 Sorry

This is more than dribble, this goes on for 30s - 1minute easy. Ive got 8mm minibore, but 2mm jets.

Hang on, I'l upload a vid to show you. (if I can work that out:whistle: every days a school day at the minute!)

That's weird, even when I had 2mm jets it didn't last that long... You running the pump flat out?

@Tuffers No, it never said PS before. I had a small tap on the hose that obviously would stop the water dead when turned off. I dont know if the water carried on like this previously as I have never turned it off at the pump / controller, always the tap.

Ive only been set up a couple of weeks so I am still getting to grips with it all sorry.

@Jake Ive got 100m of 8mm minibore that goes into whatever length of pole hose came with my pole from Gardiners  I didnt trim it down or anything

Don't worry about the PS - that's normal, and nothing to do with the excess water,

I was thinking if you had really really long pole hose which is only 5mm then it may contribute to the excess water,

Also do you have a di vessel in the van? As not having one may also have an effect... Next thing to try is 3mm pencil jets mate, there awesome anyway, mich better rinsing, so try some 3mm jets

This is what I think, could be wrong though. I have a tap 25' or 40' from my brush and the water stops instantly. You Jamie are turning the water off over 100m from the brush. So I reckon the water still in the hose reel is what's coming out. If I leave my tap open and turn the water off at the controller the water will still run for a while. Am I right @Jake?

Yes I have twin DI vessels. My system goes 400l tank - pump - twin DI - 100m minibore - pole hose - SLX 35 - 2mm jets.

I did actually order some 3mm jets on your previous recomendation so I'l give them a whirl tomorrow

Lol I think tuffers is a bit behind the times Jamie  (joking tuffers)

Tuffers, we know why it happens, but it shouldn't be that long of an after spray...

But yeah you do have 100metres of pressurised water, but that can't be helped tuffers, but on mine it still stops in about 2 seconds... So this is a bit strange.. Also my flow controller is on 75, and Jamie's is on 50, so even more weird...

You'll always get some - watch my video on the other one shot thread tuffers,

I think the issue must be the 2mm jets Jamie, but it might be that you have two di vessels... I've only got one in mine, maybe try the system without any di's just to see if that's the problem, if not then it must be the jets...
