Make yerself a Harris pole @daveyboy1

Then just keep it with you & you've always got a backup.

It's cheap & will get you out of a fix for a couple of days.

I've got a harris pole that i could bodge a screw thread on if needed..dinnae worry

Or one of these. When my Harris broke I either had to make another or buy one. Didn't wanna spend fortunes on a pole as to me they just get me to the window. So I bought this. Pole brush & hose. Very light. Used it today. Was well impressed.

Top bloke! Think that guys owed a beer or two

The question is though, you only have 1 brush?! Lol

My pole slipped 3 times today from 20ft and is totally fine (slx) so carbon will hold up /emoticons/wink.png Not sure for how much longer though! /emoticons/biggrin.png

Clumsy bumpy!

Yeah the Slx is good old tank of a pole, (in strength not weight of course!)

It's a tank alright. I'm far too lazy to collapse it, hose kept getting caught on wheelie bins so I left it, yanked the hose and down it crashed... You think I would of learnt after the first time but oh no, not bumpy! /emoticons/biggrin.png

I like the look of that ionics brush

I started with the ionics 28 grafter. Used and abused. Still goin strong. Just got some new tranverse clamps for it. Looking to buy a new pole soon. Am kinda swayed by the gardiner ones tbh.

I have a Gardiner clx10, Gardiner Slx35, facelift Phoenix 18, and facelift Phoenix 25,

All good poles, the phono is 18 is the one I use for houses day in day out, very light and rigid

Does anyone use Ionics gear on here? I've never heard of anyone talking about their poles or brushes come to think of it.
Is was wondering same thing

I always thought ionics was the no 1 brand - but maybe not ...
