Monthly clean just been finished. Yeah all to be cleaned mate
Thanks
I think £150 is a fair price and once you get it to standard should fly on it we do a very similar building and it takes 2 hour with a cuppa

Push for a every other time internal really sell it and offer a good price seeing as your there

150-170 depending on how successful they are...

If they've got money to burn, charge a higher price...

That's what we do with Porsche etc lol

150 your all having a laugh! thats too cheap remeber this aint a house, its bloody commercial and they probably wont do it monthly and you will have to wait for the pay etc

at least 250

I'd say 2 hours tops on that building once initial clean is done

So £250 seems a little dear to me spec when most commercial work they no exactly when you come and leave there not daft

I thought 2 hours and probably a ton every 8 weeks. Remember folks, there's always someone who'll do it cheap. You either want it or you don't. If you want it don't go putting silly prices in.

I'm with tuffers on this

Go in to steep and when they realize the length of time it takes when another windie approaches or shoves a card through which they will there more likely to sack you off

When its regular it's worth going cheaper, as your reaping the money every month, but if it was a one off, then go big bucks!

It really does amuse me on here. All matey one minute and then undercutting each other like gladiators. If we all worked the same patch this forum wouldn't exist. We'd all be sworn enemies. Why bother asking anyone's opinion on how much to quote when the basic advice is.......do it as cheaply as possible. The enemy's not coming from abroad. It's already in residence.

We're not undercutting where just giving advise to Paul.

Where also not sayin do it as cheaply as possible mate where saying do it at a fair price and I fink 150 for couple hours work is good money

You must be absolutely loaded mate because at 250 that's horrendous cash monies

Got me wrong there matey. I don't agree with 250 either. Look at the 'quotes' above. 100 - 170. That's a massive void. You're not even in the middle with 150.

I'm not trying to be in the middle I said 150 is what I'd charge

150 is quite close to the middling ground infact only £15 out from middling ground

But it's all irrevelant really it's down to Paul really and what he is happy to do it for
