Then, as I was parked up, I glanced up from my phone and see a window cleaner van park up next to me,

Lone behold it's @boarcity and his lads, obviously I wasn't the only one after a burger,

Nice to see you again boar,

Quick question though, the lad in the front seemed to be intrigued by my van boar? As I drove off (I think you were still in mc'd's) he got out the van and was staring at the rear end of the van? (Que a joke here about rear ends from one of you lot - Tolish or green specifically lol)

Just wondered if you knew why, I thought he might just be reading the sign writing, but wasn't sure...

wots adding to it all is the other worker [who wasnt with me today] has just been fined 1k and strugglin to pay. he was doin the 1st day of community service tday , and many more ahead!

the brooder in the back of the van messaged me last nite for a pay rise! but nothing i can offer will go anywhere near 65k . told him ok,im doing a 5% pay rise in January . i can imagine he said to himsel "thats sh/t" , and in comparison,,,it really is /emoticons/sad.png

Do you find having 4 lads makes you more money than one lad would?

Eg, when I was 17 and worked with my bro in law, we'd do £200-250 days on average and he'd pay me £50, so he was making a mint!

So if there's 4 lads, you must have to do a lot of houses to cover all there wages?

Can't have been though tuffers, as he couldn't see inside it...

Cos I thought the same thing, but it didn't make sense, as all he could see was the outside of a standard connect van...

iv only got 3 lads + myself . obviously the more workers you have the more work it takes to fuel the fire. worker no.1 and 2 it was very easy to make money from but after worker 3 joined i struggled for 6 months making nothing from him - till id raked in an overburden of work ,then made good money

iv not thought that yet no. as long as he gives me at least a year of his time and grafts he will have helped my business along thats all thats important .
