Yes it was a nice place to clean, I did struggle myself to price it when I went for a show round, in the end he agreed to take me on at my hourly rate on a intial 3 cleans trial to see how things work out, as they were/are considering purchasing there own system for the maintenance guys to do them themselves as he wants all exterior glass done every 4 weeks. The first clean took me just over 10 hours, but that included cleaning up those 2 glass roofs over the restaurant which took a bit of time and cleaning up alot of frames that were in a bit of a mess, so for the next clean I have predicted 7/8 hours basically a day each time, no doubt I will possibly have to haggle a bit on my hourly rate to land the contract long term but will just see how it goes over the next couple of cleans.
