Has anyone any ideas of how to secure your rear doors when you are working in areas where you dont want to leave van doors ajar, unlocked.

Im able to lock front doors while rear are opened, so thats a bonus.

Best way is to fit hose guides under the van, so you can work with the van completly locked up,

Something I'll be doing next weekend myself !

Check the thread tittle FAO Trev for details starting on page 2

i you attach a bungee cord or spring to the latch locking mechanism ,every time you shut the doors they will be locked so u wont forget . course u need to keep a key in your pocket at all times

I have run my hose feed though a drain hole in the rear panel to a bracket under my bumper so I can lock everything up while working otherwise I would be a bag of nerves

I use microbore, so I just pop it over the door, shut it, lock it, job done. Been doing this for six years with no damage to door and no noticeable drop in pressure:thumbsup:

My reels are are strapped to my tank. I just grab the end of the hose, walk to the furthest point, walk back, throw some over the door. Price of doddle

So no one takes their chiququa with them, good guard dogs n don't take up much room. I no likey thieves, I hate how you have to use keys at all, I find carrying them so annoying, but it's a must have.
