I know there's a few lads on here into here training

I've just got in load off supplements

Everything basically

Proteins,creatines,glutamine,bcas,peptides,test boosters etc etc

Pm me for prices

Are you setting up as a distributor? I'm well out of training at the moment just want my bicep tendonitis to go and then I'll start up again.

I've always supplied supplements

My brother owns ironworks

So I get all the supplements through him

They supplement guy sometimes has massive offers on so I buy a load and sell on

Seriously the only 'supplements' I use are lemons and bicarbonate of soda.

Not trying to bulk up though the exact opposite in fact. Now down 2.6 stone in 6 weeks. 1 more in the next 3 -4 weeks and I'll be back at a lean weight for me. /emoticons/smile.png

Good going green dropping that weight!

You been on a diet?

Lemon, bicarb and app cider vinegar shots for breakfast. (Helps clean the liver so it can get back to cleaning the blood) No solids before 12 noon or past 7pm (critical time for body to do its thing, process and restore)

Otherwise just 99% fruit and veg for 6 weeks.

I also suffer from psoriasis of the skin and nails. After six weeks on detox the nails are perfectly clear again and the skin is 95% improved.

Just shows how quickly the body can heal when not pumped full of noxious **** and processed foods.

Got any genotropin??

The company i used to do a bit of driving for lost half a pallet of it last year

Now it all needs signing for so can't get hold of it anymore

Never used it myself though

I've never wanted to mess about with hgh as all your organs etc grow too i have been told by several people

I'm currently stocked up on creatine and protein shakes but will keep you in mind when i run low

Cheers bud

I'm the opposite, haven't been gym in about a year, need to get back into it, but just too busy now,

Used to go 5 days a week religiously, but things change as you get a bit older! More work and more bills, since being married, (just over a year) I've been spending more time working and more time with the wife these days.

Still got some shape though

A big 10x10 session will get you back into it

I love doing them..just can't do it to often

Big compound excercises like squats etc ..70% of your 1rep max and get it done

If you can do 10 for the last 2 sets you haven't got it heavy enough

I find that helps my metabolism a great deal

I'm quite stringent about my workouts, but if I go back, I'll be going with the wife and only 3 days a week, just haven't got the time anymore,

Defo won't be taking it as seriously as I used to, it'll be more maintainance workouts now,

It used to dominate my life, obsessed with what I ate, in the gym 5 days a week no matter what, obsessed with the best supplements etc etc,

There's more to life now...

I go through phases

Now is time to go mental again

Cardio from punchbags and kettle bells

And good weight sessions

Will lose that stone pretty quick

And maybe a few 5k jogs round the block

Here's luke,

And no he's not ***, hes a great lad,

Que loads of jealous replies now from the insecure among us (yes please don't act like the CIU gang peeps) credit where credits due, he is in great shape

I have too much bodyfat that's my problem

Let myself go for too long

Still was going gym but wasn't taking the diet seriously

Been training like I'm boxing again this last week and it is working already

That's the hardest part, body fat,

But then there's a life to live ! Foods part of that! Lol

I mainly eat lots of salmon, brown rice/brown pasta, broccoli, carrots, mixed veg, chicken, and that's about it !

Keeps the BF% down,

I do binge on Crisps and chocolate, but try to limit it,

Although I'm not training at the mo, I still like to maintain a low ish BF% just because if/when I do get back into training, it makes it easier!

I love my meat which isn't the best thing

But i do love veg

Been chicken and broccoli mostly this week
