Now I like the look of that.

Who the hell wants a hole in the side of a van lol. Thats why he went to all that trouble.

Looks good Jake, however my rollers are failing after 18 months.

Looking at your reel JAKE i would also have the hose feeding from the top and not the bottom.

@noddy , I used to chat to the old big red monkey, (jeff) (who you bought business off) And he was one of the first to do that, In fact isn't that his van you bought? As that's the exact one he was using when I used to chat to him,

It was a possibility, but i really didn't want a hole in the side of the van,

Floor was a better option for me, and it wasn't much trouble, took about 40mins to do whole job...

@Damo

Ok mate, why's that? Helps spawl it on?

I thought I'd give these rollers a go mate, they were easy to fit, if they fail, I'll swap em out

The other issue with yours noddy, is that it's coming out at a hight that blocks paths etc, whereas on the floor, it's low down straight away, which is handy

I really like this idea. Maybe not on a brand new van but an older one it would be good.

That's a good point actualy Jake I like the look of it but practically I can see through the floor being better.

never blocked a path yet its a hose not a sofa lol ! , a ran jeffs old van for a year and replace with the old 59 reg transit you see in the pic that's gone now and been replace with two old transits 12/11 reg and a 64 plate transporter which is going live first week in jan all with holes cut in them , and set ups like this

I don't mind cutting holes in them as there just work tools and when ive done with them there worthless any ways if I get one job aday more out of this hole at 10 pounds each , x that by 250 working days x that buy three years ill keep the £7500 pounds more its made me thanks

and the dealer can keep the 50 pounds hes knock off in the trade in deal

I prefer it on the ground @noddy

Each to there own noddy, it's all good!!!

Taking on j&j with a few more vans?

Who else do you speak to in Colchester?

jake I don't talk to anybody at all i just get on with my own thing not had time to meet anybody else due to expending the rounds and opening the wifes new hair dressers

if you see me about give us a shout vans have new logos long gone is that ugly looking ape jeff had lol

I chat to quite a few,

I will do, yeah I noticed the ape had gone!

I did pass your name to customer in Wivenhoe about a year ago who lives in a massive tower, back then I didn't have a high enough pole,

No one likes j&j, there dad bought them there business, little spoilt brats.

Changed my mind now lol.

Most guys who feed from the bottom have disasters with it unspooling to much. Its all down to technique. With how you have your reels and hose guides i would keep it the way it is.

As you can see in pic the hose is probably better the way you have it :)

Remember at the moment I'm

Hand reeling it in Damo, may need to tweek it when I get a powerup...

Can't get hold of Jordan at the mo for a powerup HD with a remote control, want to be able to reel in when away from the van

Need to hurry up if you wanna buy one. As he's going VAT reg soon.

Your reel could be too close to guides to automatically spool on.

I'll move the reel back a couple of foot

Doesn't look like I'll be getting one until Jordan gets back to me about the remote version, that's the one I want,

I've emailed him, contacted him through twitter, but he's not replied...
