Had phone call from a lady desperate to have her conny roof cleaned as she was having s house viewing later on,

I said I can do it but for £xxx as its last minute,

I assumed she'd say no, but she said 'yes please'



I hadn't even seen it, so went high on price,

Bit awkward as I couldn't walk any further left, as there's a wall there.

Anyway, only took from 8-9:45, and I'm home!

Target hit, and now I can get my Christmas shopping done, it's a rainy day here, so this has worked out amzing!

It was really green when i first started, used customers hose to rinse it off faster, before using the pure

Yep I hated doing them, spent more time trying to rinse bits off the damn flat roof that never wanted to shift than anything else.

i usly wfp them then trad pole the water off gets off the shxxxit off with out using tones of water i think its quicker that way my self i did one of these last month

lady tried to pull a stroke . said can you come after 11.30 a.m. im in then . so we went about noon ,nobody home . decided to get on working but did just 2 windows before i sensed /knew in my water she was home ,in there not answering . so we left it ,left a fiver bill .

anyhow 2hours later she rings says i told you to only come when im there and im not happy with the work uv done taken photos blah blah. thank god i didnt carry on and do the whole place ! by the way shes a *** / half *** at the least.
