Can you just dry scrims and microfibre cloths without washing?

I only use one scrim a day for detailing. It rarely gets wet.

I have 4 micos. I wash them once a month or every second month but only use them a few times a week.

I've got some Unger microfibres and some grade A scrims, I prefer the scrims. Occasionally just dry them (if they are particularly clean) but I seem to have a lot of windows on my round that have perished rubber gaskets which ooze their blackness and filth up my scrims.

Microfiber cloths should not have fabric conditioner added to the wash. I've heard its no good for the cloths.

My wife has a cleaning company separate from my window cleaning so we have an old washing machne in garage for cloths. When iv used a scrim and its dirty goes in a bag when I get a load I do the hottest wash no conditioners then dry no tumble dryer. Micro cold wash and dry no tumble dryer.

I cant only use a handful, use in general 1 or 2 pr house. I just wipe the edges all way round just so im sure theyre perfect

Agree , I use a lot and have a lot in the van . Always clean cloths , no streaks.:thumbsup:

If you don't use more than 10 micros and scrims as a tradder a day you're doing something wrong in my opinion

If u use more than 2 scrims or micros on a days tradding then need a better technique. I hardly detail at all. If I use 2 scrims that means I've prob dropped the first one in a puddle

Using the liquidator I don't have to detail much at all, so no need for me to use an absolute ton of micros. Mainly for wiping cills and frames down.

On an average day I use between 2 and 5 scrims these days. 2 in the summer months, and 5 on the colder damper days. Probably use about 5 sill cloths a day as I neverbother wringing out or rinsing, I just swap it out.

Whenever my scrim gets slightly damp I'm changing it straight away. On average I use 1 scrim on every 3 houses and do an average of 30 a day

Seriously guys, you've all obviously had too much time off and have just got lazy! You're doing a job which is EXTREMELY well paid and yet some on here begrudge actually washing dirty cloths! I'd hate to see the clothes you're wearing, underpants once a month I guess!!!
